THE CAUSEYS TAKE ON DISNEYLAND

We are super excited to take the kids to DISNEYLAND...even better we are meeting my parents and sisters family. We told the kids tonight so they would want to drive the 12 hours in the car to get there. The kids can't believe we are going and they are soooo excited. This was the first night they really wanted to go to sleep so they can wake up tomorrow and go. They were fast asleep in no time... Thanks Todd and Tami for the invite!!!! This will be a life time of memories for our family... Hate packing but it's done and we are ready......... I am thankful for all the blessings we have had for us to beable to go on this vacation...We don't go on many and this will be the best i'm sure : ) We have alot to be thankful for on this Thanksgiving holiday... I know the Lord knows and understands each one of our needs and he blesses us each and every day. We wanted to let every one of our family and friends know that we love you and are so thankful for each of you. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!

Wish List For Santa

Tonight for family night each of the kids made a wish list for SANTA... I love this check them out... We always have such a blast!!!

Who's The Man

The house we bought was built in the 50s so it had no dryer vent. This drove us crazy because the house would get so stuffy with every load of laundry we dried. Thanks to Owen and his awesome handy man work he spent the day putting in a dryer vent... Oh the things we take for granted!!!! THANKS-I LOVE YOU BABE!!!! When I went out side to take a picture this is what I saw-Caught Owen letting Mitchell back the truck out of the drive way-*BUSTED Naughty Boys*

Arrow Of Light

We are so proud of Mitchell because he recieved his Arrow Of Light on Thursday. This is the highest award you can recieve in cub scouts. He worked so hard to earn it before we moved out of our old ward and he did it, so we went back to our old ward for him to recieve it. Way to go Mitchell!!!! You are *AWESOME*

Early Christmas

I decided that because we were going to be gone for Thanksgiving I would put up our christmas tree. I had lots of fun with Seth and Jiselle decorating the tree and living room... I always put out my Grandma Metzgers dolls at christmas just to remind me of her and her love of christams... This is a picture of the little train and boy she always had under her christmas tree every year. The kids are always excited to get him out... Boy do I miss her!!! I love christmas it's my favorite time of year to remember the birth of Jesus Christ. The feeling of love and care it brings to us each year is so wonderful. I love to see my childrens wish list and do Santa letters(that is what we are doing tonight). Mitchells teacher told him not to ask for anything expensive this year because of how things are going with the economy. I am thankful for her because what he gets he will be greatful for... I love christmas and the meaning of it but never really have spent alot of money on gifts. I love to wake up on christmas morning to see the excitment on each of my kids faces... I was always the first one up on christmas morning if it was even morning yet. I just couldn't wait!!! I think I drove my family nuts!!! I am still that way except now I am excited to wake up and just watch my kids have fun and the crazyness of christmas morning. Can't wait!!!

Fast Asleep

Last week I let Seth stay awake with the older boys and had him shower before I put him to bed the shower turned off and Seth didn't come out of the bathroom so I went to check on him and this is what I found-Seth Fast Asleep...

Wrestling 08

Seth and Noah are doing so awesome this year in wrestling... They work hard every week at practice and get better and better. This was at Logan last Saturday... This picture is Seth pooped out after his match on the way home... How cute is this..

Church Ball

This was the entertainment tonight-Church Ball- Owen went and played volleyball with the guys from our new ward for the first time tonight and we found out just how fun and entertaining they are.... We had lots of good laughs tonight.... Even after getting killed in the second game.... Seth was a great referee... I forgot to change the setting on my camera so it's a little dark.... I'm still learning : )

Yes, it's true-I am finally the proud owner of a camera. And guess what???? It's even PINK : ) Love It!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I am super excited to beable to up load pictures now and I can't believe how easy it is... Mitchell took these pictures of Owen and I today and they turned out awesome... Can't wait to capture every moment of our surprise trip...

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth

Seth lost his first tooth last night and Owen was at work so Mom had to step up and be the man and pull it out. I kept trying to get Seth to pull it out but he kept pushing it and saying like this Mom? I would tell him just yank it out. He was to scared because it hurt. So I did the just let me see it and pulled it out. He was grossed out by the blood but it only lasted for a few min. Seth loved that the tooth fairy left him a $1.00 under his pillow. Today we spent about 30 min. at the $1.00 store to many choices he finally picked out a gumball machine...

Surprise Vacation

Ok We planned a trip for Thanksgiving week and we told the kids we would only give them one clue but we aren't going to tell them even if they guess right... The clue(We are not going to Arizona)This is going to drive me nuts because they won't stop asking me...We are going to tell them when we get there.... I can't wait because it's going to be the best vacation ever... Thanks Todd and Tami for the invite.... The kids can't wait and I think Owen and I are just as excited if not even more... Watching all the kids being excited about going is so much fun and with it being a surprise makes it even better... Mitchell and Noah still think we are going to Arizona-Won't they be surprised : )

Some of you know my cousin and his family, Daryl and Ashley Larsen. For those of you who don't, they are a young couple here in Perry, who just lost their baby to a rare lung disorder. Their loss is truly a tragedy. They are now experiencing the beginnings of what will be a land slide of medical bills. In an effort to aide them, there will be a one day fundraiser at the Maddox Steak House. On November 5, you can call Maddox at 723-2916 and order the Turkey Steak dinner. You can choose the 2 or 4 family meal at the regular price. All proceeds will then be donated to the Larsen family. You do need to remember to mention the Larsen family name when ordering. You can then pick up your meal at the take out window in the back of Maddox. It will be for lunch and dinner. Please spread the word.
