Seth's Baptism
Seth was baptized by his Dad on June 5th 2010... Just look at the picture of our wonderful family all to support Seth on his special day... It was a really great day and I am so thankful Seth made the decision to be baptized... All together their were 12 other children who were baptized the same night. Seth was able to be confirmed the same night so that his Grandpa Metzger could be with him... The spirit was so strong and it was just an amazing feeling in the room... I know that Seth is important in this world and that through the struggle of his birth and all he went through to get strong enough to come home from the NICU he made it for one reason and that is because he is a very special person and he has a very important mission here on earth... Seth is kind to everyone and he is quick to forgive... He has many talents like playing sports and riding his bike and doing tricks on the tramp... He loves to read books together and sing primary songs... He looks forward to family night on Mondays and loves when it's his turn to do the treats... He loves to play with his brothers and is sure to be able to do everything just like they do... He is best friends with his sister Jiselle and makes sure to watch out for her when they play outside... I love my Seth so much and I think the world of him... He is such a great example to me and our family... I am so thankful that I am blessed to be his Mother... Seth you are a CHILD OF GOD and can do what ever you put your mind to... Make sure you listen to that still small voice when it whispers to you and always choose to be on the Lords side and you will be an example and someone to truly follow... We love you!!!!!

*It's official* Owen is a student

Owen is all signed up and ready to go into a new career... Culinary Arts... He starts his classes on April 5th and is really excited to start doing what he loves! I am so proud of him because this decision was really hard for him to make. He has been home for about 7 weeks and applied for tons of jobs and NOTHING... This will be a trial for us but I know that we will be blessed through our efforts to better ourselves and our situation. I am busy looking for a full time job with benefits since we lost them when Owen was laid off. I know that times are tough but we are doing our best to make the best of it. It will all be worth it to get Owen through school and that's what we look forward to. Can't Wait!!! So excited for you babe-YOU WILL DO GREAT!!!!
